Our History

In 1998, Ed Danberry, Ron DeLucia and Maria Silva combined their respective talents and started Omni-Serv, LLC, an airport service company at Newark Liberty International Airport. The airport industry grew to consider Omni-Serv as the go-to provider for innovative solutions tailored to the needs of the airport populace. Omni-Serv quickly established a reputation serving EWR, JFK, LGA and other airports. As the company expanded to other areas, Group One Investments, LLC was formed as a holding company to bring together the developing family of companies.

Today, the company has diversified in many new directions. As Group One Investments grows, our network of affiliated companies leads to greater degree of self-sufficiency. Our unique form of vertical integration allows the seemingly disparate entities of Group One to contribute towards the seamless creation of a superior product.  As a result, we have higher degree of quality control coupled with a lower cost base – savings we pass along to our valued customers.
